Good product and great service

This is a great item but I would welcome alternative sizes. Some kitchen sinks are bigger or smaller than this product. The shape can be changed bit it is limited.

Customized configuration and sleek look

I wish it locked into place easier so that I can pick it up, rinse under, etc. I love the concept and it looks nice. My husband and daughter are notorious for leaving a plate on the drain, so this is a good resolution. It's great that you can change the configuration. I'd actually give it 4.5 stars!
