Works poorly with Nuna Pipa

Purchased the Joolz Aer+ and this adapter after doing a ton of research on the best travel stroller that would also be compatible with our Nuna Pipa RX. This was a huge mistake - they should not be allowed to advertise that this is compatible with the Nuna. The adapter is flimsy and is difficult to get the car seat to latch and release. Joolz support acknowledged that their adapter can be difficult to use. Since they know it’s difficult to use, why not redesign it? Hard pass on this if you have a Nuna car seat.
