Lovely Seline Blouse/sizing a problem

Seline Blouse material was absolutely gorgeous but the XL sizing was strange. Shoulders, sleeve length and width were so big that a tailor would need to alter the entire blouse to make it fit. Bottom half of the blouse was a normal XL. So, one had a huge upper half and sleeves and a normal bottom half. I returned sadly as I loved the material.
