terrible quality

I’ve had these sheets for less than 4 years and use them “normally” (on my bed in my home..), they thinned so much that out of nowhere they ripped. I was asleep and suddenly felt my mattress pad on my foot in the middle of the night. I emailed John Robshaw and sent pictures and after back and forth, they offered me a slight discount to repurchase the entire set of sheets, pillowcases, etc. They will not send me a replacement fitted sheet or even offer for me to just buy the fitted sheet. terrible quality. terrible customer service. especially at this price point!!! do not recommend!
