Cheap feeling

I'm a typical XS but this was big on me. Super thin fabric, it felt very cheap feeling for the price. It does not look like a $780+ dress, so I am definitely returning. Very disappointed with Ortiz. the price just keeps going up and the quality just keeps going down.....
