Air pockets

Love the scent but super annoyed about the air pockets. It not only takes away from the "~45hr burn time" but I also would like to get my moneys worth of the actual candle and not air. I wish i could show the air gaps head on because they're actually quite large, but you can only see them from an angle. Won't be ordering candles online anymore. Will have to wait until I can see them in person to shop.

We are happy to address your conern. "Pull away" is what can appear to be air bubbles around the sides of filled candles. This occurs as the wax expands and contracts within the glass depending on the temperature of the surrounding area. This is characteristic of all waxes. The "bubbles" are purely aesthetic and are unavoidable due to the nature of the wax. It does not affect the burn performance of the candle in any way as what you see is not a bubble at all, but just where the wax has pulled away from the side of the glass. Once a candle is lit and the wax warms up, the pull away will disappear altogether. If it has not disappeared after lighting please let us know and we will help arrange a replacement.
