disappointing

ordered these boots. thought they were lovely & a perfect addition to my wardrobe, but when they arrived and I tried them on I couldn’t get my foot in them! no zipper! they are pull on! I didn’t know they were pull on and honestly I can’t figure out how you could possibly pull them in without hurting the boot or your foot. disappointing.! returning immediately.
