Beautiful dress for a woman taller than me!

I ordered this dress in 2 sizes. It is beautiful--gorgeous deep camel color, nice weight knit and a lovely drape. Unfortunately, it was just too long for me, in the sleeves and in the torso and it's not possible to alter a knit dress like this. FYI, I am 5' 3 1/2" and it was true to size in other respects (bust and hip).
