Best skillet!

Great quality, beautiful design and high quality construction. Easy to clean and heavy, sturdy construction which conducts heat well. I use it for all types of recipes requiring a pan with high sides and plenty of surface area to sear foods.

Fantastic pan

Simply put, this is an amazing pan. I'm able to fit four/give chicken breasts or cutlets in this to cook. Not only is this easy to clean, but the stainless is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

This sauté pan is great in size. However, the balance is not ideal, and I wish the thermal break was better. The handle is also getting a bit too hot.

Great!

Love the new Hestan! It seems like it cleans easier than the all-clad I have, and as long as you use it right, there is no issues with sticking. So let it heat up properly first!
