Outstanding Roaster
I threw out 3 other roasters after buying this one. Not only do I love the rack but cleaning it was a snap. Nothing stuck to it and a quick swish with soapy water and all it had to do was dry. Worth every penny I spend. I love Hestan cookware especially their Nano line. I've put the skillets in my will so my kids can't fight over them.
