Quality Control Needs Improvement

I was disappointed with the quality control of this jacket, especially given its price. The item arrived with a noticeable white mark on the front and still had the security sensor attached. It seems that this and other jackets I ordered were taken directly off the shelf, vacuum sealed, and shipped without inspection. While I was able to have the sensor removed, it required an in-store visit, which was inconvenient. The white mark should have been caught before shipping—at this price point, I expected better attention to detail. If this had been a clearance item, some imperfections might be understandable, but not for a full-priced premium purchase.

Best men’s coat for everything this winter

Great all around coat for looks and warmth and comfort. Lightweight but warm. With jeans or over formalwear. Chic but not fussy.
