Zipper problem

The zipper broke the very first time I used it. I traveled with it June and my returned expired before that now I don’t know what to do. Am stuck with an expensive luggage that doesn’t work 🥺

Less than 3 months

Less than 3 months ans the zipper broke, I was only able to close the bag with one zipper the other zipper handle ks gone-

Horrible quality

I bought this trunk and on the 2nd trip the zipper failed. I barely made it home with my clothes intact. Samsonite basically said too bad, we wont stand behind the product. Premium price not premium warranty after the sale.

Doesn’t hold up under airline luggage handline

We bought the extended journey reserve trunk and loved it upon receipt. Great for packing for long trip and looked beautiful until we used it the first time. It didn’t fare well with airline treatment and the Hartman logo and stripe at top got totally ruined by the luggage handlers and/or machines. We were so disappointed because we paid a premium for this and expected it to last for years and not look old and broken after first use.
