    -For a defined, high-impact lip look, use the pointed edge of the matte liquid lipstick applicator to line the edges of the lips, then use the flat side to fill in using a red lipstick shade

Fantastic

Shade 400 is an iconic, perfect red! It is comfortable on the lips. It is not transfer proof, but I would rather reapply than have the same icky feeling of a long wear Matte lipstick.
