BEWARE OF THIRD PARTY SELLERS ON BLOOMINGDALES

I ordered these shoes and did not know I was purchasing from a third party seller. I was on bloomingdales.com! The shoes came and I put them on in my house and realized they were too big and I would turn an ankle if I ever tried to wear them. I prompty put them back in the box and mailed them back the next day. Then I went on vacation. While on vacation, almost three weeks after I ordered the shoes, I received an email with no explanation saying the shoes were being returned to me because they were not in "resaleable condition". I replied to this email immediately and never received a response. Then I called Bloomingdales (still on vacation) and spoke to a nice person who said I would hear back in a few days. It's now five days later and still no reply. I got home and the shoes were delivered back to me and as you can see from the photos, they are in perfect new condition. This feels like a SCAM. I would not have ordered these if I knew that someone could refuse return!
