Poor quality

I was excited to wear this cardigan, but after one wear, it started to pill. And after one wash (the label does say to machine wash) the blazer shows pulls and even a hole. I've never seen a cardigan fall apart so quickly. I'm very disappointed and I hope Bloomingdales makes this right.
