How disappointing

I just received this lovely shirt ripped !!!!! Two rips on the side. Is there not any quality check on items being shipped ?????? Unbelievable and disappointing!!!!! I will include a picture of the rips. I paid Bloomingdales 79 dollars and they mailed me a top with two rips on it. Lovely !!!!!!
