Bloomingdale's Failure

The sweater originally I can see is BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately, Bloomingdales shipped me a USED and RETURNED re- tag merchandise that not only had a button barely hanging in the front, it was missing the extra button/thread attachment. And the tag inside with the contents description was totally faded an illegible. Additionally, the right arm has massive pilling. I am giving Generation Love a 5 and Bloomingdales a 1.
