This product was purchased for our anniversary. My husband does not drink coffee nor could he figure out how to reset the time on my old coffee maker. However when he found out that this one had the thermal pot like I wanted again and connected to the appliance app he was excited. I have been please with the capacity along with how fast it brews. Since we live on a farm I like the fact it has a replaceable filter and the materials used to make the pot seem to be high quality. My coffee was still hot today over 4 hours after it was made.

Delicious brewed coffee
Brews Delicious coffee! The carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long time. Coffee doesn't taste bitter at all.

Water reservoir is not removable
The white matte carafe is already scratched after only a few days of use It has a bad design flaw about the water reservoir. You cant remove it or clean it. It collects mold because it has a trim that does not allow you to clean it. You need a pitcher to fill in the water reservoir as opposed to something removable.

Beautiful white Cafe Coffee Maker but Plastic.
The coffee is being brewed thru plastic until it goes into the craft. It is very hard to clean. I would like to exchange for a stainless version. But the coffee is very good.

I absolutely love my cafe’ specialty brewer. I will admit I bought it for the aesthetics and didn’t expect a whole lot from it other than how it looks, but it brews an amazing cup of coffee and the thermal carafe does an excellent job at keeping the coffee warm as my husband wakes up several hours earlier than I do.

Exceptional Coffee

Gorgeous design and delicious coffee
This is stunningly beautiful and efficient design. I brew my first café and it came out to be delicious coffee very quiet and fast. I’m happy that he has multiple settings for what type of strength you like in your coffee And even how hot or not you want the water to be! Excited and happy about my purchase!

DO NOT BUY!
The rose gold trim on the coffee maker (where the coffee comes through the filter to the carafe) chips off. Bought extra warranty and contacted GE for replacement. They refuse to replace stating "This warranty does not cover appearance items such as dents, scratches, rust, trim, painted/porcelain finishes and non-operational defects." But it's clearly an operational error on their part because it's faulty where it overheats from the carafe to cause this issue. Rose gold flakes in my coffee? No thanks. GE won't replace it. What a waste of money.
