It began when Dick Hayne opened a small, unique store in West Philadelphia in 1970 called Free People. The store grew to include multiple locations and the name was changed to Urban Outfitters. Free People was reiterated once again as a small boutique in New Jersey where unique styles could be found. Too Bulky

It looks cute in the pictures but ridiculous on me. I’m 5’7” and 135 pounds with a long torso and arms and the jacket is very boxy with short arms. I tried both Small and Medium and small worked better but there’s still too much material to be flattering. The jacket was good quality but not for me.

The Best

The best denim jacket ever! It runs large and fits so nicely over a hoodie or a sweater. I’m 5’8” and 170 lbs, bought a medium and it’s perfect.
