If I could give this zero stars I would. Unfortunately, I never received the item because the carrier reported it as damaged and returned it to the sender. Please be aware that if you need to return your item, since it is being sold by a third-party vendor, you will not receive an immediate refund despite Bloomingdale’s appearing as the charging party on your credit card statement. In order to receive a refund Bloomingdale’s has to first submit a claim to the seller. Then, the seller is supposed to reach out to you directly to continue the refund process. I have now called Bloomingdale’s twice, and it has been more than a week since the time of my first call. No one from the seller has reached out to me in that time to process my refund. During my follow-up call to Bloomingdale’s I was told all they could do for me is follow up with the seller, and that I needed to wait another three to five business days for the seller to reach out to me to process my refund. Think twice before ordering if you’re not totally sure. It’ll be a while before you get your money back if you need a refund.
