Not what I was expecting

I am a size small but ordered a medium. There are no hooks in the back so one needs to pull it on over your head. I could barely get it on. I struggled to pull it down my midriff once it was over my head and my arms were in it. I did feel that once it was on, it was a reminder to stand straighter. The other thing I didn't like was it totally flattened my breasts. I am a B cup and had no boobs when the bra was on. This was an expensive bra and I don't feel it was worth the money. I returned it.

Won't let me return size too small.

I have asked and been told they would help me return the one too small. I already ordered the better size. There is no link to get the return label, and I get no help.

Cuts into arm pit

It's not the worst bra I've ever owned. The arm hole isn't very open and it cuts into my armpits. I don't think it's worth the expense.

Best bra I've ever bought!

The Forme posture bra is fantastic! It's comfortable, supportive, and gently reminds me to sit up straight with shoulders back. I bought the Large (I'm 5' 4," 138lbs, D cup) and it fits perfectly. I had no trouble getting it on and after three days I'm already wearing it 4-5 hours/day (usually in the evening, when I start to get lazy with my posture). I've already bought a second one, so I can switch out for laundering. That bra is worth every penny!

Buy It!

It’s really worth the hype! I read previous reviews and since I was right on the cusp, I decided to size up (for reference: 5’9”, 150lbs., 34D - ordered a Large). From the moment I put the bra on, I noticed a huge difference. It has a gentle resistance that doesn’t pull your shoulders back, but rather reminds you to do it yourself (building muscle memory!). It’s form-fitting, without being restrictive - I could comfortably wear it all day. I’m already considering which color I’m going to buy next!
