Cute but fell short

Wanted to love this romper but it fell short. Ordered a small and it was swimming on me. The shorts portion felt too big. I like th rompers to be roomy but it was too roomy. The top portion was stiff so it seemed really boxy. And the belt was way too long as there was extra belt material that’s hangs off. It’s cute, just not for me.
