Very dissappointed

Very dissappointed with this product and with Bloomingdales shipping without inspecting first. This skirt arrived damaged with broken zipper and hooks damaged so i could only hold it up to my body. Appearance is very short and xl appears like size 10 maybe 12? But id doubt.
