Kensington Rug

Very disappointed in this purchase. The rug is literally falling apart after 3 months. Pieces of the rug are pulling up and there is a dirty look to it after 3 months!!! Customer service will not help us and we are still paying for this rug , it wasn’t cheap it was $2000!!!!I cannot believe after many years of being a Bloomingdale’s customer they will not give me anything because it is not in sale able condition. The return policy on a very expensive rug was only 14 days!!! Very very disappointed in the quality and lack of customer support. I will be cancelling my card and shopping at Nordstrom from now on.really really disappointed.
