Simple beauty

Well made and versatile dress but designed fur women at least 5’6”. Sadly returned as I am 5’1” and the dress hit my ankles. Hence the 3 rating. Dress was returned for this reason alone When will designers finally figure out that the average woman is not model tall height???!! Or offer the design in petite for shorter women who actually are average!
