Need hips for this dress

Hmm.. top is ok because it's stretchy. The pleated skirt is rather stiff, so this probably is more flattering on curvier hips. I have straight to no hips, so it looked like a column on me. Silk material of the skirt was nice and thick, but pattern felt lacking. Could have loocked more expensive. Red border is slightly more orange.
