Nice top but not perfect

I purchased this top in my regular size Small. I can say that sizing is right. Fit is good. Length is not 24" as described. it is 21-22". I am 5' tall and top is much shorter than expected. Sleeves are longer and I have to roll them up a little more than pictured. Fabric is very nice, medium weight. Nice feel. My complaint mostly about top being described as reversible. It is semi-reversible.. Striped side is not finished properly to be considered as an outside layer. Neckline, hem on sleeves and bottom hem are finished but shoulder, side and sleeve seams are simply finished with with almost basic zig zag stiches. It is simply does not look neat. So 4 starts for the finish. It is OK to wear striped side out under the jacket but honestly, I don't see it as a top layer.
