Eileen Fisher Notched Collar Jacket

I have this jacket in white, but this one has lapels that don't lay correctly -- the left side keeps flipping over to the center. Ir looks as if it wasn't cut correctly in the collar. I love Eileen Fisher and Bloomingdale's but if this were my only experience with either, I would not be back for more.

GREAT LOOKING
