Not As Pictured

I have two of these sweaters in different colors and love the style and fit. I ordered and received this same sweater from Bloomingdales and it was 3 inches shorter - almost waist length. Needless to say I was shocked! It is confusing and disappointing coming from a reputable store which, frankly, does not help your business. The item was returned.
