Orange stains on this white shirt!

So disappointed when I opened the package and saw orange stains on the front as if someone had tried buttoning the WHITE blouse while eating cheese puffs. Where's your quality control?? And when I went to my local store to return it the person could not have cared less. Never asked about getting me a fresh, unstained shirt. Totally turned off.
