Black Echo Poncho that Modernizes My Look

I wear this black poncho over a tank top to complete and modernize my look. I feel like this look is contemporary (and Bloomingdale's is known for contemporary, youthful look) and it upgrades a plain tank top or camisole to a European modern grade.
