    A time capsule. Orphéon solid perfume plunges us into the atmosphere of a legendary bar frequented by the founders of Diptyque. This scented balm, to be applied to the skin with the fingertips, brings out the warmth of tonka bean, the density of cedar and the vivacity of juniper berries. For greater diffusion, apply the solid perfume on your pulse points, where your body gives off the most heat: on your wrists and inside your elbows, at the base of your neck, behind your ears and your décolleté. Once the perfume has been used up, reload the case with a solid perfume refill.

Cloying musky rose that smells very old-fashioned.

While I like the solid perfume and the beautiful metal container it comes in. I don’t love this fragrance, Orpheon. In fact, after several days of giving it a try, I would not purchase this one again. The big problem is the overwhelming rose that reminds me of something my great aunt might’ve worn once upon a time. It just does nothing for me.

Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful scent in beautiful luxury packaging. Pricey however lasts a long time and great staple to have in my handbag when on the go or even to top up when I’m out. Layers beautifully with the perfume spray. Packaging feels heavy and not flimsy this is a quality product and bigger than expected

Beautiful

This little perfume is the cutest things. It’s such good quality. Feels heavy and strong like it’s worth something. The smell is amazing. Soft and not too overpowering. It smells kinda fresh too. It will be perfect for travel. I put it on my wrist and still smelt it the next day

Sexy unisex warmth

I love this! It's only slightly different to the spray version, a bit richer, sometimes I layer them and sometimes I don't. Definitely genderless, in a good way! Doesn't lean too masculine and doesn't lean too femme It feels grown up, if you don't like mildly herbal deep and warm it's not for you. I wouldn't call it floral. The balm version is definitely for personal scent not projecting scent but it feels very intimate, if you get close enough you can smell it. It smells like the colour green and I can't explain to you why. If you want to smell like an expensive alien that owns a boat and always has the perfect outfit, this is for you. This is my most worn perfume and I'll cry if it ever gets discontinued

Gorgeous, but......

The compact itself is gorgeous and has some serious weight to it, lovely accessory to carry. However, the scent itself, despite being equally as lovely, does not have the longevity of the spray. I shall use a different scent when this one runs out. Would still recommend as this is my favorite compact design.

Finally!

I have been waiting for the solid perfume option of this fragrance for a long time….since Orpheon was launched. So, I was extremely pleased when I saw it available( purchased straight away!) This is a very classy scent, smells luxurious. I receive many compliments when I wear this( mostly evening out). As previous reviewer mentioned, the smell last very well on the skin and settles down beautifully.
