Gorgeous

Absolutely beautiful and excellent quality. I love the sparkles on it and you can see it really well in the sunlight. I gave it to my wife for her birthday and she loves it!

Bell bottom disaster

The pants were delivered with serious damages, missing buttons, broken belt loops and a broken zipper. They are very long, really meant for someone at least 5’9 with a large bell bottom leg. I took them back to the Bloomingdales at 59th Street. I returned the pants less than a day after receiving them and the manager at the returns desk angrily accused me of wearing the pants and causing the damage. I am 5’2 and could not possibly have worn the pants. The pants were obviously new but sent from the vendor seriously damaged. Her treatment of a very good customer was disrespectful and inappropriate. There is a reason why the store if often empty because the staff they hire are rude and unhelpful.
