4 months and broken

4 months old and it has started shutting off and on randomly. I have reached out to support and have initiated the process of getting it fixed. Unfortunately it may be an electrical board issue.

Love the ease to make any drink I want

I got this for Fathers Day and love it! I especially like being able to have it make my drink while I’m finishing my walk.

stopped working in less than 6 months.

Less than 6 months old and the machine keeps turning itself on and off. Not impressed for the $$ I paid.

Worst coffee maker ever!

We purchased the Magnifica Plus in November 2024, and it malfunctioned four months later. The unit began to cycle on and off repeatedly before failing to turn on altogether. I contacted De'Longhi, and they forwarded my issue to Genius Coffee Repair, who failed to respond to my emails requesting updates on the repair status. Following multiple emails to De'Longhi inquiring about the repair, they informed me two months later that the coffee maker had been sent to Forum Home Appliances for repair. We experienced significant delays and lacked updates during those two months, which is entirely unacceptable. After finally receiving the coffee maker two months later, we discovered it was still malfunctioning, cycling on and off. I strongly advise against investing time or money with this company, as their service is absolutely ridiculous.

Mornings are better with the De'Longhi Magnifica Plus Fully Automatic Espresso Machine! Easy to use and perfect for everyone, the Magnifica offers a world of possibilities in coffee drinks. Everyone gets their favorite cup of coffee in minutes with just the push of a button, or two. Easy to clean and maintain a purchase I wish I made earlier.
