Hot Coffee Wins, Cold Brew Misses the Mark
We really liked the design and how hot coffee tastes, especially the way the flat white taste comes out amazing. However, the cold coffee didn't meet our expectations — it’s not the same as a true cold brew. Unfortunately, the cold coffee just wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to return the machine

Amazing coffee machine
Over the years, we have had many fully automatic espresso machines, and this is the best one yet! The coffee is really good and hot, a huge choice of drinks, the to-go feature and being able to make cold drinks makes this machine really stand out. I never knew I would enjoy steamed milk in my iced latte as much as I do!

Machine not usable - no help.
Machine not usable - delonghi has a lot of catching up to do. The instant video chat to decide on and purchase was great! EVERYTHING ELSE was horrible.

Currently on hold with Customer Care. I called based upon your response to my review and am told the machine will need to be returned for repairs. At what point will De’Longhi accept responsibility for a flawed product? Purchase of this in June 2024 and a 3rd time back for repairs…I am astounded that we are expected to continue time and time again. A machine that continues not to work, a company that will not replace, yet requires to possess the machine as much as we have in a 10 month period.

Persistent Problems
Purchased this June 2024. In the past 10 months the machine has been returned to the manufacturer twice for not functioning, leaving us with a maximum of 7 months in our possession.3 weeks ago the frother stopped working, sending only water. Received a replacement yesterday afternoon, the replacement does not work and the same problem persists. If I could award zero stars I would for at this price point the problems encountered in such a short time span should not have occurred.

It’s all about the taste
I bought this machine back in December…it’s fantastic. My family loves coffee and are no strangers in making French presses and espressos “the long way”. The Eletta has spoiled us. Not only by saving us time but being able to dial into our personal preferences. The worst thing about making this purchase is having a great cup of coffee every morning, my personal fav Flat white, then going on vacation. Your standards will change making it hard to find a decent cup.
