Loved it, when it worked.

While I absolutely loved this machine when it was functional, a couple months post warranty it failed. To make matters worse, it was my second machine. Unfortunately, I've moved on to a competitor.

Don’t do it

Got this as a gift 5 years ago. Have used the expresso once and the main coffee maker about 15 times. Now the machine won’t make anything Been back and forth with the company - no recourse Offered 20 % off a new machine. Why would I even want to buy another one ? Do not buy!!! Junk!

Do not buy!

Do not buy! After only having for two years, a gross rusty sludge was found inside the water tank. I descaled the machine every 2-3 months as suggested but that was not enough to keep it clean.

Don't waste your money

I've had the machine a little over a year and it no longer drips or heats. Warranty is only for 1 year.

Espresso and Coffee Machine

I purchased the all in one coffeemaker to create cream brûlée coffee. I couldn’t get the frother to foam cream. I figured it can’t building enough Steam or something was wrong. Actually, I found out this machine isn’t design for cream only milk. My husband loves the pot side bc he drinks coffee all day. That’s a plus! Overall great machine for the money. Personally, they should make sure it only froths milk and make it obvious.

Very happy with our purchase

We’ve only had our machine a few weeks but we’re very pleased. The look is sleek on the counter and the coffee is outstanding. Looking forward to using the espresso portion soon.
