Missing one part

Disappointed

Absolutely disappointed. The head cover has completely different colour from seat cover. I want return or exchange as for this price it should not happened.

Difficult to assemble

The zips and other bits are so tight and difficult to assemble I tore bits of skin and got angry! Also such a tight fit when assembled the handle to fold is very tight. Not a perfect execution - less good than other cybex parts

Not happy with little description

On our website, for the PRIAM and MIOS seat packs, we state the following: The frame needs to be purchased separately and the seat packs are interchangeable, so you can change your stroller’s style whenever you feel like it. In the What's included section, the following is listed: New Generation Priam Seat Unit (Soft Goods) We apologise if this is not clear and will be sure to pass your feedback along for future development.

Very BAD

I ordered this product for my second baby in a Cybex stroller. But this model does not fit my 2019 stroller. This is not indicated anywhere on the website. I wasted my money and time. This really ruined my mood. I don’t want to use the Sybex brand in the future
