Great Roasting Pan

Beautiful and "true" stainless product. However, is a bit heavy weightwise.

Beautiful but won't last forever

The non-stick service is already scratched up from the first use due to the stainless steel rack...how was this not thought through?

Perfect roaster for Aga

Just fits the small oven in an Aga Mercury 48" range and the 25lb heirloom turkey just fit. Turkey cooked extremely fast, but that could have been due to the Aga, the solid construction of the pan may have helped. Exterior size is exactly the same as listed in the decription; I think it is 16.5". I like that the rack is adjustable and is s/s, that the bottom is flat so it can work on an induction stove to make gravy. Easy to clean.

Cristel roaster

Very nice roaster It seems to have stained a bit after cooking Turkey for 5 hours. I’m sure it won’t ruin cooking in the future
