Terrible in cleaning. 2 out 5 are damaged

2 out of 5 pods of my set turned to a stainless permanently stained. Same two constantly have good stick to the bottom even when I cook soup. Reached out to the corporate office , after sending pictures and explaining what happened , they finally got back to me after few days and resolution was to send me links how to properly clean. Absolutely unacceptable customer service for the high end cookware .
