Beautiful coat, poor quality

I’ll start with the positive: this coat fits beautifully, and always gets compliments. The silhouette looks expensive. However, after wearing this coat to work 3-4 days a week for two months, the lining is completely torn up in a way that shocks me. There is no reason why the lining should look like it’s been through a shredder after a very gentle use for two months. Well, it still looks great on the outside, I would be embarrassed to coat check this coat. I’m not sure if Bloomingdale’s will replace the coat, but in any case, I do not recommend purchasing it.

Material quality not as expected, runs big for petite. I’m 5 1”

Fiber content wrong

I was extremely disappointed to find the fiber content as only 59% wool, 39% poly, 2% other fibers. I would return the coat but need it for an upcoming trip. I would never have intentionally bought a garment with so much man-made fiber and feel grossly misled.
