It aids in muscle fitness

Easy to consume creatine like this with noticeable differences

I have seen noticeable increases in the amount of muscle mass that is retained while working out. Taking these pills over a period of a consistent month I have felt that during my workouts I am able to push out more reps, drink more water, and overall enhances the looks of the muscle. It is an easy-to-consume format.

Helps with my memory

Listen. I have the worst brain fog, and nothing really helps with it.. I got to looking at what I can take that might help and I found some studies that shows creatine helps with memory. By golly, it's working! I'm no longer walking in a room and forgetting why, thirty times a day! I've even noticed that, since I've been able to think clearer, I'm less prone to overstimulation! What a win!

Amazed at the improvement.

I bought this creatine hoping that it would help me take my workouts to the next level. I could not be more ecstatic I changed to codeage. Amazing for the gym

I take creatine every day to help my performance in the gym. This is a great option. The capsules are easy to take and have no aftertaste. I have lots of stamina to finish my workouts. I do a lot of strength training and I can see even better definition in my muscles since taking this product even after only a few days. I haven't experienced any side effects but I make sure to drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.
