Charcoal clinique cleansing

This is the best product bar nun. I absolutely love it. Takes mascara, everything off does not make your skin feel greasy. It is fabulous, best product I've ever used. Charcoal cleansing bomb, it is the bomb.

Great stuff

I don't know why a charcoal based cleanser is so calming and nourishing but this is. It feels so good to take my makeup off with it. A little goes a long way. It cleanses without drying or feeling too oily.

Clinique Charcoal Cleansing Balm

I’m a big fan of cleansing balms over cleansing oils so I was very excited to receive this one from Clinique. I liked the texture and felt like it did well removing the days oil and grime, but because of the charcoal it makes everything messy. After washing my face there would always be streaks of grayish water in my sink. I don’t think the charcoal necessarily has any strong benefit and for the price, you can find cheaper options that don’t make a mess & are equally effective. Thank you for the opportunity to try your product, Clinique!

Terrible oily mess

This balm smelled bad, like rancid oil. It looks and feels like black Vaseline and definitely does NOT rinse off with water as stated! It was an oily mess. After trying to rinse it off I finally wiped it off with a wet washcloth, which stained it dark. I don’t recommend it, and what is with the rancid smell??

Leaves a residue buildup

I did not like it. This snells awful and leaves a thick film on my skin even after rinsing it off. I had to use additional cleansing products to completely remove the residue.
