Does this new product reduce dark spot ?

I have brightening supereme serum, i use it for two weeks, my skin is soft and smooth but some dark spots on my face still there ( don't reduce dark spots slowly after 2 weeks ) . Should i buy this new serum to reduce dark spot? Any one have used this product please give me an advice. I have combination skin type and climate seasons ( Vietnam, Asia)
