top would be perfect for a specific body type

i think this top would look great on flatter chested girls. my cup size is a b so not even that big but because the top is made of jersey material and the scrunched up chest part is also jersey, it really really accentuates your breasts way too much and in a way that was uncomfortable for me personally. i think the proportions of the top aren't great because the waist is a little too big so with the peplum starting already wide, it makes you look thicker than you are. if you want some kind of snatched effect, this top is not it and gives you the opposite effect.
