material poor quality

Not same blue as on screen

The actual blue is dusty dirty blue, not the fresh blue you see on screen that you want to wear for summer. The sewing on the edges of the flutter sleeves can be better, a bit of loose thread and stitches could be closer so that the edge won't fray after repeated washing. I had expected better workmanship from Cece as I have several blouses from this brand and they are of better sewing standard. They were bought two or more years ago, so I guess the standard has dropped. Returned it.
