The fabric looks cheap.

The bag doesn’t look good. If you know a few things about fabrics, you’ll see that it looks cheap. I had to return it, unfortunately.

Bag is gorgeous, strap too short and thin

The bag is beautiful, the zipper opening is not very wide and the strap is very short. It did not work for unfortunately

I’m returning this purse as it looks poorly made, with a counterfeit-like appearance or something like that.

Nice bag

I really like the bag - looks exactly like the picture. Also comes with a nice strap so it can be worn as a crossbody. The bag is pretty large and stores a lot of items. The material is good quality but it could be nicer. The bag came it a dust bag but not a box… the packaging was meh

DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.

DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE FROM BLOOMINGDALES / SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM BURBERRY on 5/21/2026 (attempted delivery) and again on 5/22/2026 (when I tried to pick-up at the UPS Access Point at 1297 Centennial Ave., Piscataway, NJ 08854). Please have UPS return package back to Burberry as I no longer want the package. I have called Bloomingdales Customer Service to do a return on my order for reason "Package Not Received".
