Great Bag!!

I am a flight attendant and have been through several bags in the past and this bag is by far superior!! It is worth every penny! It just glides on all 4 wheels thru the airport without effort. The compression system is brilliant. So happy I decided to spend the money on this bag!!!

Sleek suitcase

I was sent an older version of the suitcase. Not the one touch system. Suitcase is very sleek. Looks nice. Wheels move very easily through the airport. Definitely able to fit a lot in the suitcase. I like the 70/30 split. Easier to pack. The compression seems to work well.

Simpatico 22" Domestic Carry on. Plumb colored

I loved mine so I bought my wife one as well. Hopefully, she will stop borrowing mine now. 😬

Room for improvement

The compression system is very cool. A flight attendant even commented about it when I used it to squeeze the bag into the overhead bin. However, there’s some room for improvement. The zipper is really sticky. I saw a review that stated that and I thought ‘how bad can it be?’ It’s enough to be a frustration every time you use the bag. Also with my other much cheaper bags, my hand doesn’t end up touching the wheels every time I unzip or zip it up. Just another irritation after you’ve dragged the wheels of your bag through God knows what. I really wanted to like this bag but it’s not functionally great for the price point.

Quality luggage.

Roomy inside; very easy to maneuver with the spinners; tight but did fit overhead bins on a Boeing 737-900 and a Embraer ERG 175. Not sure if it’s by design but there is one “stop” on the pull handle that doesn’t lock so that’s unfortunate but overall I’m pleased, especially knowing there is a lifetime warranty. My other B&R pull duffle has held up very well with many overseas trips since 2008, and still looks great.

Question durability

First trip with this luggage, checked bag on an international flight, and ended up with a nice size dent in one corner. Makes me question the durability of this luggage. Company said they would repair but I have to pay shipping. Pretty discouraging result.
