The Pizzaiolo is the first domestic countertop oven to hit 750°F and cook an authentic wood-fired pizza in 2 minutes. It replicates the three types of heat generated by a brick oven-- conductive, radiant, and convective.

Impress friends with the authentic pizzas you'll create with a range of preset cooking functions, including the authentic "Wood-Fired," iconic New York, deep and delicious Pan pizza, bar style Thin & Crispy, and even Frozen pizza setting.

Or fully customize how the oven functions with Manual Mode, which allows you to control deck and top temperatures individually and to select which heating elements are in operation.

Fantastic Pizza Oven

After shopping in Australia for an Ooni, I opted for the Breville Pizzaiolo, and half the price. I have not been disappointed in any way. Just love it, the pizzas are amazing. I'm going to get a Breville 3-in-One oven now to match. :)

Amazing results first time

Have made pizza in my own brick oven 17 years. Bought this for my condo in FLA. found a local source of dough and high quality toppings. Amazed at the results first time, excellent product, Agree with other reviews about smoking.

Makes amazing pizza

Amazing heat

I've been making pizzas in our oven for a few years now. The max temp is only 500, which is typical. I made our first pizza in the Pizzaiolo using the same dough recipe and the results were amazing. The texture was better in every way possible. And it only took 3 minutes instead of 7.5 min. It was a little more difficult working in a more confined space but I think with a little practice it will be no problem at all.
