E 21 error impossible to fix
after less than 2 years of use the screen shows E21 and does not work so Frustrating . I used to love Braun products but this coffee maker has something wrong.

Great product
I love this coffee machine!! Great taste from small batch to full carafe! And live that I can set it to keep warm as long as you need to and can add or take away time if needed to! Definitely gonna stick with braun products!

Better off with a Mr Coffee
I hate that the drip stop turns the coffee pot off. I have to wait for the entire pot to brew before I can get a cup.

Great machine
Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Love the options to make various cups or carafe sizes. Having a separate water tube for just hot water was a big selling feature. Disappointed in the cold brew as it heats the coffee to make the cold brew

Disappointed
I did quite a bit of research before buying this machine as I needed it to do coffee as well as heat water so I could get rid of my Breville electric kettle. The concept of this model was good but performance is lacking. The water temperature only goes to 202 degrees, not 212 as the manual says; therefore, I can’t use it when I need boiling water. It also leaks in the Drip Stop position, no matter where the lever is set. The hot water is also tinged with a light brown, which leads me to think it is not simply water. I have had to go back to my electric kettle for water which defeats the purpose of this coffeemaker. I can also tell the Drop Stop mechanism is not going to last long. This maker was an expensive mistake for me.

So far great
Just received it after getting a replacement for a used machine they sent me! It makes a great hot strong cup of coffee like l want hopefully it will continue to do so

A wonderful and well build coffee maker
Overall this is a very easy to clean and well built coffee maker. The brew sizes are perfect and it brews the perfect cup every time. I also like it keeps the coffee hot for a long time after brewing
