Need better features on the app.
I am very disappointed that you cannot power on the speaker via the app. I have a Bose speaker that is seven years old and I can power it on there. The app, you would think they would do the same for an updated product.

Just amazing apart from battery life
I’ve been really impressed with the Bose Flex 2. The sound quality is outstanding — rich, deep bass with crisp highs, and it gets even better when paired with another unit for stereo. For a speaker this size, it easily fills a room or outdoor space without distortion. Love that it now charges via USB-C — finally! Much more convenient and modern. The only downside is the battery behavior. It’s a bit unpredictable. Sometimes it lasts well over 10 hours, other times it drains quicker than expected even with similar use. Not sure if it’s a firmware thing or a battery calibration issue, but it’s something Bose should look into. Still, overall, this is one of the best-sounding portable speakers I’ve used. Just wish the battery life was a little more consistent.

Great sound but annoying interruptions.
Sound is excellent but incoming calls, texts, other apps interrupt the stream. Very annoying. Can’t find a solution.

I have 2 of these speakers. They struggle to link
I am so happy about the sound quality. However, I do not like the Bose app that connects to the speakers. I have several other Nose systems and my older systems use Soundtouch app. Which I prefer much better and it connects better. Unfortunately the new app doesn’t let me link to my old system. It also uses Bluetooth connection so every time I receive a phone call the music stops. Very disappointing Bose app
